ABOUT THE EVENT
Auction 2025 is Epiphany School’s biennial spring fundraising and community-building event. Diversity, access, and inclusivity are school priorities, and a successful auction allows us to deliver on the promise of making an Epiphany School education available to all who are admitted. In addition, Auction 2025 also helps fund our operating expenses, ensuring that we continue to provide innovative teaching in a caring and inclusive environment.
In addition to raising money, Auction 2025 is an opportunity to come together as an entire school community. This event reinforces Epiphany School’s values and helps ensure we achieve our school mission. Auction 2025 is also a chance to celebrate and learn more about our school and the reasons our community continues to give generously, year after year. It is the legacy of family, inclusion, and innovation that makes Epiphany School so special. We invite you to come see for yourself!
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Buy Your Ticket
Not everyone can donate or volunteer, but attending is just as important! RSVP and purchase tickets when they go on sale January 28th. A ticket includes a seat at our formal dinner, along with access to the live auction, silent auction, and evening festivities.
WHY DO WE HOLD THE AUCTION?
Funds raised at Auction 2025 support both Epiphany School’s financial aid program and critical operating expenses. We are committed to supporting families for whom tuition would otherwise be a barrier to attendance. In addition, the auction helps fund the programs, resources, and experiences that make Epiphany School a vibrant and inclusive community.
HOW DO WE RAISE MONEY?
Live Auction & Silent Auction
Our live and silent auctions will feature exciting items, unique experiences, and more – all donated by our generous community. The live auction is a highlight of the evening, while the silent auction will be open for bidding prior to and during the event.
Buy-In Experiences
Offer a chance to join group experiences like exclusive dinners, weekend getaways, or family-friendly activities. These buy-ins foster community connection while raising additional funds for the school.
Dessert Dash
An exciting way to end dinner! Tables bid for priority selection of gourmet desserts donated by local bakeries and families.
Raffle
Purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win incredible prizes while supporting the school.
Raise the Paddle
A cornerstone of the event, this is your opportunity to donate directly to support financial aid and operating expenses. Contributions can also be made in advance by emailing development@epiphanyschool.org.
Event Sponsorship
Businesses and families can sponsor Auction 2025, receiving recognition and visibility while helping the school achieve its goals.
WHAT IS THE EVENT FORMAT?

QUESTIONS ABOUT SEATING?
When tickets were purchased, families had the opportunity to share seating requests, and we’ve done our very best to accommodate them. Everyone who submitted a request has been placed with at least one of their preferred guests.
Our goal is to make this a positive, community-building event where parents can connect with both familiar faces and new ones. Our team puts great care into creating thoughtful and balanced table assignments, keeping in mind the wide range of requests, preferences, and the need to welcome all attendees.
Thank you for your understanding—we’re so looking forward to a wonderful evening together!
