Here are the categories of items and experiences we are procuring:

Live Auction & Silent Auction

Our live and silent auctions will feature exciting items, unique experiences, and more – all donated by our generous community. The live auction is a highlight of the evening, while the silent auction will be open for bidding prior to and during the event. Examples of sought-after items:

• Vacation homes or getaways
• Airline miles or hotel stays
• Exclusive event tickets (concerts, sports, theater)
• Fine art, jewelry, or luxury items
• Gift certificates to restaurants, spas, or local businesses

Buy-In Experiences

Buy-In experiences allow guests to purchase spots for group activities, fostering community connection while raising additional funds for the school. Ideas for Buy-In experiences:

• Private chef dinners or wine tastings
• Parent night out events or cocktail parties
• Weekend getaways or adventure activities
• Family-friendly outings like movie nights, zoo tours, or kids' camps

Dessert Dash

An exciting way to end dinner! Tables will bid for priority selection of gourmet desserts donated by local bakeries, restaurants, or families. We’re looking for:

• Elegant cakes, pies, or pastries
• Themed dessert packages
• Unique, crowd-pleasing treats
