HOW TO BUY GOLDEN RAFFLE TICKETS
- Buy tickets at the Golden Raffle table in Madrona Hall at drop off (8:00-8:30 am) or pick up (3:00-3:30 pm) on these dates: Wed. 2/28, Fri. 3/2, Mon. 3/5, Wed. 3/7.
- Return this completed form, with payment (credit card, check made out to Epiphany School, or cash), in an envelope to the front desk by 3/7/18: Golden Raffle Order Form (pdf)
- Buy tickets at the GATHER event, 3/9, from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
GATHER 2018 GOLDEN RAFFLE RULES:
Golden Raffle tickets will go on sale February 28, 2018 and can be purchased in person at Epiphany School at the GATHER raffle table at drop off (8:00 am -8:30 am) or at pick up (3:00 pm - 3:30 pm) on these dates: February 28, March 2, 5, and 7, 2018. Tickets can also be purchased by returning the form (sent home with your student) completed, with payment, and in an envelope to the Epiphany School front desk beginning Feb. 28 and no later than 3:30 pm on March 7, 2018. Credit card, cash, and check are acceptable forms of payment. Tickets will also be for sale the night of the event on March 9, 2018 from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The night of the event (March 9) only credit card payments will be accepted. All sales are final. No refunds.
The Golden Raffle ticket will be drawn live March 9, 2018 at 8:30 pm at the GATHER Epiphany event, Block 41, Seattle, WA. The raffle ticket winner will be announced at the event. You need not be present to win (but it’ll be more fun if you are!).
The winner will receive the winner’s certificate. Winners are responsible for finalizing their experience with the contact written on the winner’s certificate. The concert tickets are valid for the August 10, 2018 show in Seattle, WA. The sound check will be held the afternoon of August 7, 2018. The dinner is to follow the sound check on August 7, 2018.
Golden Raffle ticket buyers waive any claim against either Epiphany School or the donor for property or services. Neither the school nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damage that may result from the use of property or services sold.
Each Golden Raffle ticket costs $60, or two Golden Raffle tickets for $100.
Epiphany school is the conductor of the raffle.
RESTRICTIONS:
Tickets may be purchased only by current Epiphany School families, faculty, staff, and members of the board of trustees. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be resold to a non Epiphany School family.
