The following items will be sold using "Blind Bidding":
Unlike a silent auction, blind bid items will not have a visible bid sheet. Interested bidders will fill out bid slips with their name and bid amount and drop them in the containers located in the school library starting Tuesday, April 19. Please note that the 4th grade piece will be available for viewing and bidding later this week, and the Special Edition Epiphany School Game Sets will only be available at the in-person event.
Blind bidding can also be conducted easily by email. If you would like to email in your blind bid for an item, please email gather@epiphanyschool.org and include the following information in your email:
- Name
- Highest Bid Amount
- Item Number & Item Name
If you choose to turn in multiple bids for the same item, only the highest counts. The winner will be the individual who places the highest bid. Blind bidding will be active during the in-person portion of GATHER and closing times will be announced at the event.
All emailed blind bids must be received by Friday, April 22nd at noon.
No bids will be disclosed except the highest bid. In case of a tie, bidders will be asked for a new blind bid, using their last tied bid as the new minimum bid.
