General Rules and Regulations:
All sales are final, and there will be no exchanges or refunds of the items except where noted. Restaurant gift certificates do not include liquor, tax, or gratuities unless otherwise specified. Except where noted by the donor, services, tickets, certificate items, etc., must be used within one year of the auction and must be scheduled at the time that is mutually agreeable to all parties. All items must be removed on the evening of March 29, 2019. If unable to do so, the winning bidder must make arrangements to pick up items at school the week following the auction.

Epiphany School has attempted to catalog and describe all items and properties correctly, but all items are sold ‘as is’. The school assumes no responsibility for the validity of description, authenticity, or condition of any item offered. Epiphany school makes no warranty or guarantee and in no case shall be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of property.

No statement continued in the catalog or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability for tax purposes or for general value. All sales are final. Epiphany School reserves the right to withdraw any items from sale prior to the call for bids.

The fair market value of the admission ticket is $125.00. Any portion of the ticket price paid over $125.00 is tax deductible. Please save your receipt for substantiation and quid pro quo requirements mandated by the IRS. The charitable deduction is limited to the excess of the purchase price of an item over its fair market value.

By his/her purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against either the school or the donor for property or services. Neither the school nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damage that may result from the use of property or services sold.

Live Auction Rules and Regulations:
The live auction will begin during dinner and continue without interruption until all items have been auctioned. To enter a bid, the bidder signals either the Auctioneer or some of the Spotters. Use only the bid number assigned to you. The Auctioneer will determine who the successful bidder is. Please hold your bidding number high so that it can be seen easily. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the item in dispute.

Silent Auction Rules and Regulations:
The Silent auction will allow items to be bid on using your smart phone or roaming iPads what will be made available throughout the venue. The first bidder to sign for the guaranteed purchase of any Silent auction item becomes the guaranteed purchaser. The Silent auction closes at 8:00 PM.
